Clicking on this menu button will display the Dashboard from any page currently in focus.

Click and drag the button to reorder its position in the Dashboard.

 

The Dashboard displays queued tickets in different states. These tickets are listed in Queue Widgets.

Possible Queue Widgets include New Tickets, Open Tickets/Need to be answered, Reminder Tickets, Escalated Tickets and Ticket Queue Overview.

Other Widgets that can be displayed include 7 Day Stats, Online, Upcoming Events, Latest updated FAQ articles and OTRS News.

Widget visibility in the dashboard can be controlled by the Settings Menu at the top right of the dashboard.
