Assign an Owner

 

This workflow describes how to assign an Owner to a ticket.

When a new ticket is created in OTRS as a result of a customer sending an email to support@cadpro.co.nz the owner of that ticket is, by default, Admin OTRS

 

Use the 'Change the Owner' link under 'People' to change the owner. The new owner will receive an email message informing them of the change
